Excellent: Nearly flawless with minimal handling.
Open-Box: Like new. Typically returned shortly after purchase and fully tested. May include original or repackaged box.

You're covered. Every device we sell includes a free 1-year warranty that protects you from any hardware issues. If something stops working that shouldn’t, we’ll make it right — with a repair, replacement, or refund. Accidental damage isn’t included, but we do offer extra protection options.
