What’s covered

Your Premier Max device is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery. If something goes wrong during this period, we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary by state.

How it works

  1. Start your claim online. Complete our quick return form and include the requested documents.
  2. Send it in. If the issue is covered, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. If not covered, return shipping may be your responsibility.
  3. We’ll take care of the rest. Within 5 business days of receiving your device, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. We cover shipping back to you on valid claims.

No complicated steps. No runaround. Just a straightforward solution.

What’s not covered

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation/handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications that affect functionality.
  • Exposure to extreme conditions, oxidation, or rust.
  • Use with incorrect power supplies or lack of recommended maintenance.
  • Interference with other devices, unauthorized software changes, or hardware alterations.
  • Losses beyond the device’s original or replacement value.

If it falls outside normal everyday use, it’s not included.

Legal details

Who provides this warranty. Nexus Link LLC dba Premier Max. For the original purchaser only — not transferable.

Duration. 12 months from delivery. Defects reported during this period are presumed present at delivery.

Remedies. Repair, replacement, or refund are your exclusive remedies.

Implied warranties. Where allowed by law, any implied warranties are limited to 12 months.

Liability limits. Premier Max is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Law. Governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
