Fast, trackable, and protected.
Processing & Delivery
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery speed: Most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed and/or sent via SMS as soon as your order ships.
- Packaging: Protective, tamper-evident packaging keeps your device safe in transit.
- Address changes: Contact us before shipment to update an address. Carriers may not allow changes once in transit.
- Signature: For high-value orders, a signature may be required at delivery.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
We’ll make it right if your item arrives damaged.
- If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery.
- Otherwise, report within 3 business days of delivery (within 24 hours is ideal).
- Keep all packaging and contents.
- Provide photos to help us file the carrier claim quickly:
- Outer packaging (all sides)
- Shipping label with tracking number visible
- Device showing the issue (at least 2 photos)
Resolution: We’ll open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, once the return label is scanned back to us, we’ll move your replacement/refund forward.
Lost or “Delivered, Not Received”
- Wait 24 hours (carriers may mark delivered early) and check with household members/neighbors.
- Verify the shipping address on your order and look for delivery notices.
- Contact us within 5 business days. We’ll file a trace/claim with the carrier.
Resolution: We’ll work with the carrier to locate the package. If it isn’t found after the investigation, we’ll replace or refund the order (at our discretion based on claim results).
