Apple’s New Spring Lineup Is Now Available — With Early Amazon Deals

Apple’s latest wave of spring hardware is officially available starting today. The new lineup includes the MacBook Neo, the M5-powered MacBook Air, the M4 iPad Air, and refreshed MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. Apple has also introduced an updated Studio Display lineup to complement the new Macs.

Although the devices have just launched, several configurations are already seeing early discounts on Amazon. Launch-day deals are appearing on select models of the iPad Air, the 15-inch MacBook Air, and some Studio Display configurations.

Here’s a closer look at the new devices and the current pricing.

MacBook Neo

Apple’s new MacBook Neo is the company’s most affordable Mac notebook ever, starting at $599. The laptop features a 13-inch Liquid Retina display, a fanless design for silent operation, and a 1080p FaceTime HD camera. Apple rates the battery for up to 16 hours of use.

The entry model with 256GB of storage starts at $599, while a 512GB configuration with Touch ID is priced at $699.

The MacBook Neo is powered by Apple’s A18 Pro chip, bringing iPhone-class silicon to the Mac lineup while maintaining full compatibility with macOS and Apple Intelligence features.

MacBook Air With M5

Apple also refreshed the MacBook Air lineup with the new M5 chip. The updated models feature faster CPU performance and an upgraded GPU architecture designed for improved graphics and AI workloads.

One major change is that the MacBook Air now starts with 512GB of storage across the entire lineup.

The 13-inch model with 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage starts at $1099. A configuration with 16GB of memory and 1TB of storage is priced at $1299, while a 24GB and 1TB configuration reaches $1499.

The 15-inch MacBook Air also received launch-day discounts on Amazon. The 16GB / 512GB model is currently listed at $1249.99, reflecting a small early discount. The 16GB / 1TB model is priced at $1449.99, while the 24GB / 1TB version is available for $1699.

MacBook Pro With M5 Pro and M5 Max

For professional users, Apple has introduced updated MacBook Pro models powered by the M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. These machines bring faster CPU cores, improved GPU performance, and significantly stronger AI acceleration compared to previous generations.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro lineup starts at $2199 for the configuration with the M5 Pro chip, 24GB of memory, and 1TB of storage. Higher-tier configurations increase performance with larger CPU and GPU counts, additional memory, and more storage.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro models start at $2699 with the M5 Pro chip and scale up to $4399 for a configuration featuring the M5 Max chip with 48GB of memory and 2TB of storage.

These models are designed for demanding workflows such as video editing, software development, and 3D rendering.

iPad Air With M4

The updated iPad Air is now available with Apple’s M4 chip, bringing a significant performance improvement to the tablet lineup.

Amazon is already offering launch-day discounts across several configurations. The 11-inch Wi-Fi model with 128GB of storage is currently priced at $559, representing a $40 discount from Apple’s standard retail price. Higher storage tiers are also seeing savings, including the 256GB version at $649 and the 512GB model at $839.

The larger 13-inch version also has early discounts. The 128GB Wi-Fi model is priced at $749, while higher capacities receive larger price reductions.

These models combine the M4 chip with 12GB of memory, allowing the tablet to support Apple Intelligence features and demanding creative apps.

Studio Display and Studio Display XDR

Alongside the new Macs, Apple has refreshed its Studio Display lineup. The displays feature a 12-megapixel Center Stage camera, a three-microphone array, and a six-speaker Spatial Audio system. Connectivity is handled through Thunderbolt 5.

The standard Studio Display starts at $1599 with a tilt-adjustable stand. Models with nano-texture glass or height-adjustable stands are available at higher prices, with some configurations currently discounted by $50 on Amazon.

The more advanced Studio Display XDR models start at $3299 and offer the same stand and mounting options with higher-end display technology.

More Discounts Likely Soon

With Apple’s new hardware now officially available, retailers are beginning to compete on pricing. Early launch-day discounts have already appeared, particularly for the iPad Air and the larger MacBook Air models.

As inventory spreads across major retailers, additional price drops are likely to appear in the coming days, especially on higher-capacity configurations.

For buyers planning to upgrade their Apple hardware this year, the new lineup offers a wide range of options—from the budget-friendly MacBook Neo to the high-performance MacBook Pro—while early discounts provide an opportunity to save even on newly released devices.
