How to Install the watchOS 26 Public Beta
If your Apple Watch runs watchOS 9.5 or later:

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and choose Public Beta.

Enable Developer Mode in Settings > Privacy & Security.

Open the Watch app, then navigate to General > Software Update to install the beta.
